Appraisal

The historic Bohermore Cemetery is the resting place of many famous individuals, including the nationally-renowned writers, Pádraic Ó Conaire, Lady Gregory and Walter Macken, as well as the notorious wartime propagandist Lord Haw-Haw. The enclosing walls and gates are fine displays of the crafts of stoneworking and metalworking.
