Triple-arch limestone bridge, built c.1740, carrying road over Raford River, with full-height V-cutwaters forming pedestrian refuges to east elevation. Rubble stone parapet walls, dressed stone voussoirs to elliptical arches and dressed stone quoins to cutwaters. Square-headed culverts to north and south with rubble stone lintels. Soffits retain corbels used for formwork during construction.
The distinctive form of this bridge adds interest and incident to the landscape. The full-height cutwaters serve the further practical purpose of pedestrian refuges.
