Coursed random limestone and sandstone walls, roughcast rendered to rear. Limestone lintels and one intact slate sill to openings. Timber sash windows and timber battened doors. Site bounded by sandstone and limestone rubble wall.

Appraisal

This modest vernacular terrace makes a notable and positive contribution to the streetscape. The use of local materials is evident in the walls and sills, and the retention of the two-over-two timber sash windows and doors contributes to the architectural heritage merit of the building.
