Triple-arch masonry road bridge, built c.1880. Coursed limestone walls with up and downstream V-shaped cutwaters. Ashlar voussoirs to arch-rings. North-facing parapet replaced by railings. Bridge is abutted perpendicularly to south-east by revetment having four segmental-arched vaults, which supported the former Cavan and Leitrim Railway.
This road bridge, affording access to and from Ballinamore Town, has recently been restored and is in good condition. The bridge and adjacent revetment with vaulting, employed to support the former railway line, are of technical interest.
