Circular-plan ornamental tower and demesne wall, built c.1820. Roughly dressed random coursed limestone elevations to tower with castellations and modillions. Door opening in south with limestone surround. Later door opening inserted to north with timber door and red brick surround. Located on north-west corner of estate boundary wall.
This picturesque tower with its castellated style forms a pleasing addition to the streetscape and is an important feature of the urban fabric of Jamestown. Located on the boundary wall of the former O'Beirne estate, it is part of a group of structures formerly associated with Jamestown House.
