Appraisal

The symmetrical design of this bank, articulated in sandstone and machine cut brick, makes this an architecturally-and technically-significant structure. The simple arcading and use of brick makes it unique within Mohill, thus distinguishing this public building. Not only is this attractive bank socially important, it contributes to the architectural heritage of the area.
