Part creeper- or ivy-covered walls with red brick flush quoins to corners supporting roundel-detailed cast-iron water tank on red brick Common or English Garden Wall bond corbelled stepped "cornice". Round-headed window opening with cut-limestone sill, and red brick block-and-start surround framing mass-concrete infill. Roundel with red brick voussoir surround framing remains of louvered timber fitting. Set in unkempt grounds shared with Killala Railway Station.
