Freestanding drag edged cut-limestone Celtic High Cross-style monument, erected 1899. Damaged, 1921. Street fronted on concrete brick cobbled footpath.
A monument erected as a testimonial to Patrick William Nally (1856-91) of nearby Rockstown (cf. 31309012), a member of the Supreme Council of the Irish Republican Brotherhood (IRB) imprisoned in Mountjoy Jail for his alleged role as a leader of the so-called "Crossmolina Conspiracy" (1881): meanwhile, gunshot marks record 'damage to the harp…figure…and inscription done by the British Military' during the War of Independence (1919-21).
