Terraced two-bay three-storey rendered house, built c.1830. Forms part of a group of eight, now in use as offices. Pitched slate roof, unpainted rendered chimneystack with yellow terracotta chimney pots, metal rainwater goods. Painted rendered walls on painted stone plinth. Square-headed window openings, painted reveals, painted stone sills, six-over-one painted timber sash windows to ground floor (with wrought-iron sill guard), six-over-six to first floor and six-over-three to second floor. Semi-circular-headed door opening containing plain fanlight over hardwood panelled double doors with brass door furniture. Stone threshold. Street fronted.
This fine terraced property retains some original features including sash windows. It is an essential component of the terrace of which it is part.
