Terraced two-bay three-storey smooth-rendered house, built c. 1840, with shop. Now in commercial use. Pitched slate roof, unpainted smooth render corbelled chimney, clay ridge tiles, cast-iron gutters on drive-in brackets on eaves corbel course. Painted, lined, smooth-rendered walls to upper floors. Square-headed window openings with painted rendered architrave, painted masonry sills, painted timber six-over-six sashes to first floor windows and six-over-three to second floor. Painted timber shop front, c. 1995 with deep timber fascia over multiple-paned display windows and recessed glazed door. Street fronted.
This building is significant mainly for the contribution it makes to the regular rhythm of the terrace of which it is part, including the unbroken roof lines. Original windows survive at first and second floor levels.
