Pair of semi-detached two-bay two-storey rendered houses, built c. 1900. Single-storey canted bay windows to south (front) elevation, two-storey returns to each house with single-storey lean-to abutting gable-end. Pitched slate roofs, roll-top clay ridge tiles, concrete verge copings, central brick corbelled chimneystack with dog-tooth string, uPVC gutters, cast-iron downpipes. Painted smooth-rendered walling, painted dog-tooth brick eaves corbel course, painted rock-faced ashlar quoins, plaque with embossed inscription 'GREENLAND VILLAS'. Decorative cast-iron balcony on cast-iron brackets to full-width first floor. Square-headed window openings, painted brick surrounds to first floor, painted stone sills, uPVC casement windows c. 2002 to west house, painted timber casement windows c. 1990 to east house. Segmental-headed door openings, painted brick surrounds, plain-glazed overlights, painted timber panelled doors, each with four raised-and-fielded horizontal panels. Set back slightly from road, hooped-top round-bar wrought-iron gates on painted smooth-rendered piers gates. Front fence horizontal tubular bar, over painted smooth-rendered plinth, carried by cast-iron intermediate posts.
This semi-detached pair of houses is primarily distinguished by a particularly fine cast-iron balcony of some artistic interest. The embossed plaque and the substantially-detailed fence (similar fences can be found in Wolfe Tone Street in Sligo) are also worthy of note.
