Terraced three-bay two-storey rendered house, built c. 1890, now derelict. Integral shopfront to north, two-storey return to rear. Pitched slate roofs, clay ridge tiles, unpainted smooth-rendered corbelled chimneystacks, half-round cast-iron gutters on eaves corbel course. Painted smooth-rendered ruled-and-lined walling, straight V-jointed quoins to north. Square-headed window openings, moulded architraves to ground floor window, painted masonry sills, painted one-over-one timber sash windows. Painted timber shopfront (boarded-up), blank sign fascia with cornice terminating in profiled consoles with ogee finials. Round-headed entrance door opening, painted timber half-glazed panelled door c. 1970. Street fronted, similar property to south, modern two-storey residential terrace to north set back from street line, rubble stone roofless outbuildings to rear.
This plain property retains sash windows and part of the original shopfront. Although modest in form and detail, the property, and its neighbour, represents one of the few historic structures remaining in the area.
