Demesne for the important early 18th century house built for Sir John Vaughan, set on the eastern shores of Buncrana Bay to the north of the town of Buncrana. House approached by a six-arched stone bridge over the Crana River. Mature trees to north and northeast of house. Remains of a once fine terraced walled garden to south of house. Not maintained. O'Doherty's keep to east of house.
