Once notable well-wooded site for house in a fine setting above the River Erne. Road to the east re-aligned post 1835. Outbuildings and area of productive garden still visible, but the house is gone and the riverside is dominated by the Cliff Generating Station since 1950s. The grounds are now private to the ESB. This site no longer constitutes an historic garden, demesne or ornamental designed landscape of interest, though fine mature trees survive.
